Everything on this site is a method, not a quote
The hours, rates and bands published here are modelled. We show the arithmetic so you can check it, which is deliberately more than most contractors publish, and it is still not a quote.
A real price needs somebody to walk the building and count what is in it. A price becomes binding when it is in a written proposal signed by both of us — never because a page on this site showed a number near it.
The regulatory pages
Our pages on service bay drains and insurance quote federal regulations, a standard policy form and reported court decisions, with citations so you can read the sources yourself. They are written to help you ask better questions. They are not legal, environmental or insurance advice, state law varies and is sometimes stricter, and coverage always turns on your actual policy wording. For a compliance opinion on your store, use your own consultant, broker or counsel.
If you find an error in any of it, write to us. We will correct it and say what changed.
Third-party data
Production rates are from published industry task-time tables, with the provenance of each set out on the production rates page — including where that provenance is thinner than the industry generally admits. The billing rate derivation uses the US Bureau of Labor Statistics producer price index for janitorial services. Regulatory text is from the Code of Federal Regulations and the Federal Register.
Using the form
Send us accurate information about the building — a scope priced from wrong square footage helps nobody. Do not use the form to send automated traffic; submissions are rate-limited to five an hour per address. Sending a form does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. What we do with what you send is in the privacy policy.
Partner contractors
Applying through the partner page is an application, not an appointment. We vet insurance, workers compensation and screening before placing any work and may decline without giving a reason. Where a partner contractor cleans your store you still hold one contract with us and we carry the obligation.
What we do not promise
We keep this site accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not warrant that every figure is current or that the site is always available. Where the law allows, our liability for anything arising from use of this website is limited to what you paid us for it, which is nothing. This does not limit liability under a signed services contract, and it does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law.
Content
The text, the scoping model and the page designs are ours. Quote us, link to us and cite us freely. Do not republish pages wholesale or present our method as your own. The underlying government data belongs to nobody and you should use it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Nothing here removes a right you have under the law where you live.
